- Hajj 2026 Registration: Key Information for Pakistani Pilgrims
Last updated on 27 Jun, 2025
The Government of Pakistan has officially announced the early preparations for Hajj 2026. As per Saudi guidelines, the registration process has already begun. All interested individuals must complete their registration in time to be eligible for selection under either the Government or Private Hajj Scheme. Early registration is crucial to ensure eligibility and avoid delays.
The registration process for Hajj 2026 is now open for all Pakistani citizens. As per new directives from Saudi Arabia, preparations are starting early, and registration is the first required step. Every interested individual must complete biometric verification and data submission by July 9, 2025. This will determine their eligibility for either the Government or Private Hajj Scheme.
To streamline the process, the Ministry has launched an online portal: http://applyonline.hajjinfo.org. Applicants must use this portal to register and stay informed about all Hajj-related updates. Biometric registration is mandatory and should be completed through the NADRA system. Failing to register in time may result in ineligibility for the Hajj 2026 draw.
Overseas Pakistanis intending to perform Hajj through Pakistan’s quota must also register by the July 9, 2025 deadline. Those who performed Hajj in 2025 and wish to apply again in 2026 must also complete the new registration process. The Ministry has clarified that no fees are required for this initial registration, but Hajj 2026 costs and policies will be announced later.
