The confirmation voucher is not transferable

Travelers must keep track of flight boarding time and keep track of any delays or early departure
Travelers must leave the lounge as soon as boarding call is announced
Lounge service team is not liable to inform the travelers about flight status

What happens if my flight gets delayed

Your paid lounge access is linked with your flight. In case of flight delay, your lounge access remains confirmed according to new timing of your flight number.

Can I cancel or refund my lounge access voucher

A cancellation fee of 25% of total amount is applied if cancelled at least 72 hours before your booked date and time. The voucher becomes non-refundable within 72 hours of your booked date and time.

If I change my air ticket. Can I change my lounge voucher too?

A change in lounge access voucher is considered as a cancellation. You need to refund your previous voucher with applicable charges mentioned above and then book a new voucher according to new dates and availability.
