Travel Insurance

All travel insurance purchases are non-refundable. Once issued, insurance policies cannot be canceled or refunded, regardless of travel changes or cancellations. Please consider your travel plans carefully before purchasing travel insurance.

Visa Services

All visa service fees are non-refundable, even in cases of visa rejection or delay. Fees collected for visa processing cover administrative costs and government or embassy fees, which are not recoverable. Please ensure all documentation is complete to minimize the risk of application issues.

Hotels

Most hotel bookings are non-refundable, especially those under special deals or discounted rates. However, some hotels may offer partial refunds depending on the specific booking terms and conditions. We advise you to review the hotel’s cancellation policy carefully before completing your reservation.

Umrah Packages

Umrah packages are non-refundable due to the nature of pre-booked arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and other services. These arrangements are secured in advance, and therefore, refunds cannot be issued once the booking is confirmed. Please ensure your travel plans are confirmed before booking an Umrah package.
